Take spam control off your email
We all hate spam. However, if you are searching for a job, you want to put no
blocks in the way of the hiring manager or the human resources people.
Here is a reply I received from a job candidate, after I responded to
the first email. I highly recommend that you not do this. In this person's
case, the resume was not a good match but I was sending some suggestions
to help.

If the HR person is trying to contact six equal candidates,
you don't want to make the HR person do this extra step.
I've put together some other
recommendations
for job candidates.
There is also a list of
currently available job descriptions.
